The Republic of Azerbaijan has received a loan from the Saudi Fund for Development (SFD) for the financing of Rehabilitation and Extension of Water Supply and Sanitation Systems for Baku Area Project and intended that part of the proceeds of the said loan will be applied towards the costs of Construction of Water Supply and Sanitation Systems of Badamdar Settlement. The Azersu Joint Stock Company invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders for the construction and completion of Rehabilitation and Extension of Water Supply and Sanitation Systems of Badamdar Settlement. The method of payment will be direct deposit to the account stated below. BIDs must be submitted to the address above-mentioned office by 16:00 Baku time on January 22, 2015 and must be accompanied by a tender security in the amount of 1,000,000 (one million) USD.

BIDs will be opened in a session to be held at the office mentioned above and in the presence of representatives of tenderers who wish to attend. The session will take place at 16:00 Baku time on January 22, 2015 or such other time and date as may be notified to the tenderers. Qualified domestic bidders are eligible to receive a margin of preference of 7.5 percent in Bid evaluation.
